All of our Adobe CS/CC extensions can be downloaded for free from the Icon Pocket software page. To navigate to the icon software page, click the toolbox icon located in the main sidebar menu on the Icon Pocket website.
Yes, all Icon Pocket connection software is absolutely free. All you need is a free account in order to sign in and activate it.
Yes, whenever we release an update we will notify all members via email. You will then be able to download the latest version from the software section of the main Icon Pocket website. Alternatively if you are using our Adobe CS/CC extensions you can also update via Adobe Extension Manager.

This is a known issue, its related to internet connection and it tends to happen occasionally when you first start up the Icon Pocket Mac app. To fix the issue, quit (cmd+Q) the app then re-open it, the app should now successfully load.
